1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "zd999" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at zd999.app and all associated services, products, software, and interfaces operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any registered individual who holds an active account on the zd999 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on zd999 for the purpose of accessing betting and gaming services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of the zd999 platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sports market, casino game, or other product offered on zd999.
• "Services" refers collectively to cricket betting, PSL odds, casino games, slots, crash games, and all other products accessible via the zd999 platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of zd999 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which a Player maintains an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zd999 strictly prohibits participation by minors. Age verification may be required at registration or at any point thereafter.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be excluded from gambling services either voluntarily through zd999's own self-exclusion tools or by any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of zd999 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You must ensure that your participation in online gaming is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether such participation is permitted by local law.

zd999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To use the zd999 Services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and such other information as zd999 may require.

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on zd999. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or grant access to your account to any third party.
• You must notify zd999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of account security.
• All information provided to zd999 must be kept current. It is your responsibility to update personal details promptly if they change.

zd999 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its reasonable discretion, particularly where the provision of false information is detected or suspected.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zd999 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zd999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (subject to availability at the time of transaction).

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the account cashier section and may be updated periodically.
• zd999 processes deposits in good faith and in accordance with the payment method selected. Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited immediately.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to successful identity and source-of-funds verification where applicable.
• zd999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile wallet providers.
• Funds deposited into a zd999 account may not be transferred to other players or third parties under any circumstances.

zd999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending verification of identity, particularly where there is a reasonable concern of money laundering, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the zd999 platform, including cricket, PSL, UFC, boxing, basketball, and football markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement. It is the Player's responsibility to review market rules before placing any bet.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of acceptance. zd999 is not responsible for latency in data feeds that may cause a brief discrepancy between displayed and settled odds.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the zd999 betting rules section.
• zd999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Player's PKR account balance immediately upon settlement.

6 Casino Games

All casino games offered on zd999 — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, crash games, fishing games, and table games — are provided by third-party software suppliers and are subject to the following:

• RNG games use certified random number generation technology independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published or available for each game title.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studios (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) and are subject to those studios' game-specific rules, which are displayed within each game interface.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• zd999 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments made to individual players.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any one time unless the specific promotion terms expressly provide otherwise.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the zd999 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Opening more than one account on zd999, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to interact with the zd999 platform in a manner not permitted for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using a zd999 account for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Providing false or misleading information to zd999 at any stage, including during registration, verification, or support interactions.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

zd999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zd999 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players through the platform or by electronic communication.

Your continued use of the zd999 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using zd999 and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. In the event of any dispute between a Player and zd999, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
